How the video intercom works

The door of the building is always locked to prevent non-residents from entering the building without permission. Residents in the building can enter and exit the building freely with their keys. When a guest comes to visit, the guest needs to press the room number of the tenant to be visited on the intercom host keyboard outside the building door, and call the intercom extension of the tenant to be visited. The owner of the interviewed household conducts two-way or visual communication with the visitor through the intercom device, and confirms the identity of the visitor through the visitor's voice or image. After confirming that the visitors can be allowed to enter, the owner of the household uses the unlock button on the intercom extension to control the opening of the electronically controlled door lock on the entrance door of the building, so that the visitors can enter the building. After the visitors enter the building, the door of the building is automatically locked.


The security department of the property management of residential quarters can monitor the working conditions of the security intercom system of each residential building in the community through the community security intercom management host. If the entrance door of a residential building is opened illegally or the security intercom main unit or line fails, the community security intercom management main unit will send out an alarm signal and display the content and location of the alarm. The community property management department and the residents or the residents and the residents can use the system to communicate with each other. For example, the property department notifies the residents to pay various fees, the residents notify the property management department to repair residential facilities, and the residents report to the community management or neighbors for help in an emergency.
