It includes an outdoor station with 2.0MP camera lens and HD touch screen monitor, which can be effectively associated in your home.

Bcom Gate Entry Keypad Intercom can be integrated with CCTV and alarm systems. This adds protection for video intercom products used in residential areas or commercial premises that require higher security levels. Bcom offers a total security system arrangement through IP intercom, 4 wire intercom and 2 wire intercom.

2. How to use this product?

Step 1: Connect the indoor monitor to outdoor station by 4 wire cable.

Step 2: Setup master monitor as 01, extension monitors as 02, 03 etc.

Step 3: Connect indoor monitor to router by WiFi or LAN cable, bind the monitor to the mobile App.

Step 4: Call from outdoor station, both monitor and mobile App will get a call.

3. How to do if the monitor failed with WiFi connection?

Solution 1: Take one router work with WiFi monitor only, reset the router to clear all the data.

Solution 2: Use mobile phone 4G network to sent hot spot to test it.

Solution 3: Use wired connection to connect the monitor to router, and check if the monitor could connect to internet successfully.
